Samantha "Sam" Quinn joined PAWC in March of 2022 shortly after graduating from the Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program. Sam grew up locally in Sherman and attended New Milford High School. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland, College Park. During her time at Maryland, Sam was part of the College Park Public Health Scholars Program and enjoyed teaching Anatomy and Physiology, leading the Pre-PA Club, and being a member of the WMUC Radio community.
To earn her clinical hours for PA school, Sam worked as a CNA at a retirement home in New Milford as well as in home care in the DC area. While she loved her experience working with the elderly population, Sam always knew she wanted a career in pediatrics. While in training at Yale, Sam focused on pediatric medicine, including rotations in pediatric emergency medicine, neurology, orthopedics, and neonatal intensive care.
She currently resides in New Haven, CT. During her free time Sam loves to be outdoors hiking, spending time with her loved ones, and traveling.
